A woman who wants to undergo breast implant surgery needs to have a good talk with the doctor in charge of the operation before committing to it,botanical slimming soft gel the real. The doctor will explain many aspects of this surgical endeavor that the patient may need to know, botanical slimming soft gel the real. Among these aspects are do’s and don’ts that are vital to the success of the procedure and the safety of the patient.

Do’s

Before the breast implant surgery is even scheduled, it is important for the patient to consult with a certified and recognized surgeon who has been educated and trained in this sort of practice. There have been many cases of doctors (sometimes, botanical slimming soft gel the real, not really doctors, at all) who pretend to be plastic surgeons to cash in on the cosmetic surgery bandwagon. Do some research about the specialist you are talking to in order to check out his credentials. Another important thing to do is to look up this specific kind of procedure and learn about it. The knowledge of the techniques, risks and recovery period will help the woman grasp its many aspects. Do stop smoking and stop consuming excessive amounts of alcohol before the procedure. Smoking can constrict the blood vessels and reduce the flow of blood to vital areas of the body. Alcohol can also prevent the effect of the medications and anesthetics that will be used during the operation. The woman should also bring her medical records in order for the doctor to check and assess her eligibility for the breast implant surgery. She should also be prepared with the paraphernalia, materials and medication that are needed for the recovery period. It will be difficult to go out and drive to a pharmacy right after the surgical procedure.

Don’ts

One of the things that should not be done before, during and after the operation is to be anxious. Anxiety and tension will elevate the blood pressure and may postpone the surgical endeavor. Some doctors will not operate on a patient who has an elevated heart rate and blood pressure. Before the operation, an elevated heart rate or blood pressure is an indication of underlying conditions. The patient needs to be observed and monitored before the doctor makes a decision to operate on her. Another thing that many doctors caution the women with is to have very high expectations. It is true that breast implant surgery can be a life altering decision but there are limitations to what it can do. The woman may be disappointed with the results if she expects it to alter her overall physical appearance, botanical slimming soft gel the real, even in aspects which are not affected by the operation. One other thing that the patient should bear in mind is to self-medicate or try to bear the pain or discomfort on her own. After the breast implant surgery, it is unwise to forget about the scheduled checkups and visits that the plastic surgeon will set for the patient. These visits are scheduled to monitor the implant and the condition of the patient. The doctor may also recommend regular mammograms for the safety of the woman.
