Why I Heal Faster Than Anyone Else
Hi. This is Rene with Reality of Aging and today’s subject is going to be why I heal faster than everybody else.Now, the reason why I’m bringing this up is because I want everybody to understand that there are levels of health. We can kind of look at it as educational. Levels of education, you have your elementary, you have your junior high, you have your high school and so on.And, also, when it comes to health, you have to look at your health as levels of health. You get sick once in a while, you get sick maybe not so much, one a year, you hardly ever get sick, every two, three years or, like me, you never get sick. I never get sick.There is a reason why my body is able to heal quicker and not get sick. There are reasons why I do this as well as I do it, and these reasons I want to teach to you so you can understand that it’s simple science and common sense. Maybe you, too, can apply this in your own personal life and that way, you can benefit from healing quickly. So, these are the three reasons.Number one: nutrition. I never eat anything that is pro-inflammatory. Pro-inflammatory is starches, sugar, and alcohol. All those things cause you to have inflammation. I never do that. I only eat the things that make my body have nutrients and no inflammation. So, I just get in the nutrients, but no inflammation.Number two would be my environment. I never push my body, environmentally speaking, to a point where it’s detrimental to me. A basic thing like going out into the sun and getting a sunburn. That is detrimental to me. There’s no way around that. I have taken the steps to take enough sun, put on my sun block and stuff like that. That’s also important.Another thing would be mental attitude. I truly believe that I have complete control of the outcome of my life. I am the person that is going to make things happen in my life. So, I want to be the healthiest person on this planet. This is my goal. But, it’s not just my goal so I can reach those levels on health. That is part of my goal. The other part would be because I can teach people how to be healthy, how to expand on their health. And once you have health, everything else is easier.When you have a healthy mind, a healthy body, everything in life, although tragic as it may be, could be surpasses simply because you have a combination a healthy mind and body.So, yes, I heal quicker than everybody else. Yes, I take the steps. But, it doesn’t mean it can’t be done by everybody else as well. It means that it takes more work. There are more sacrifices. But, the sacrifice and the rewards are equal. Huge amount of sacrifice, but the rewards, let me tell you, are stupendous. I never get sick.So, if you can come aboard and want to have a life where you never get sick, stay tuned.
